Diary dates from Friends of Broomfield Park

We have close and cordial connections with the Friends of Broomfield Park, and have learned much from this group over the years that we can apply to our own efforts in Conway Rec. Many Broomfield volunteers are Conway Friends too.

Here are a few dates from the Friends of Broomfield Park calendar of events:

  • Sunday Oct 30: Daffodil planting. Help the Friends plant 1000 bulbs – meet by the boat pond at 10.30am
  • Sunday Nov 6: House plant sale, Broomfield Conservatory, 2-4pm
  • Sunday Jan 15, 2017: Wassailing in Broomfield Community Orchard, 2-4pm

Broomfield Community Orchard is open every Sunday, 2pm to 4pm. The Palmers Greenery Community Café is open Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
