Big Lunch: coming soon to a park (very) near you

A lovely date for your diary – this year’s Big Lunch in Conway Rec takes place on Sunday, June 18.

Join friends and neighbours for a picnic in the Rec during Southgate Civic Week. Sit on the grass, view the pond, spot birds, bees, plants and butterflies and enjoy:

• lunch any time from 12.30pm
• entertainment – dance, music, tennis – from 1pm
• hot and cold drinks from the tennis club bar

Any profits will support tennis and local volunteers who work to keep your local green space in good shape.

The Big Lunch is jointly organised by the Friends of Conway Rec and Conway Tennis Club
